Just finished "The Girl: A Life Lived in the Shadow of Roman Polansk" by Samantha Geimer Well worth a read in light of the Lorin situation.

She stated: "Let me be very clear: what happened with Polanski was never a big problem for me. I didn't even know it was illegal, that someone could be arrested for it. I was fine, I'm still fine" but she was traumatized by being dragged though international court drama. Reminds me of the Lorin situation where some women who had "dated" lorin and had pleasant memory, said after the story broke 3 years ago that they felt traumatized. Not to mention the 1000s of fans who have been traumatized.

Who had caused this trauma? was it Lorin?…

Replying to

"Trauma occurs by public opinion after the fact," has got to be the most ignorant thing i've heard this month.
