A friend turned me onto some fine teas that I've come to love.
I found drinking coffee causing more and more problems over time. The most concerning of which is it seems to set off arthritis in my finger joints, but drinking tea seems to fine.

Fu Shou Shan
Taiwan

Taichung County
Fu Shou Mountain almost 8000 feet!
Fog, cold.
clarity, complexity, and rick, thick, sweet body
One of our very favorite teas, the Fu Shou Shan is remarkable for its clarity, complexity, and thick, sweet body. Growing at an astounding 7,500-7,800 feet, Fu Shou Mountain in Taiwan presents a harsh but ultimately rewarding climate for tea growth. The elevation, cold weather, and billowing fog cause the tea plant to develop slowly, resulting in a richer and sweeter brew at the expense of a much smaller harvest compared to commodity grade oolongs.

Gua Feng Zhai Ancient Tree (2015)
https://www.tridentcafe.com/puer-tea/gua-feng-zhai-gushu-2015
We are very pleased to offer this very fine selection from our contacts in Yunnan. Gua Feng Zhai village on the eastern border of Southern Yunnan is one of the most highly sought after origins in the tea world. Aged for five years in semi-humid conditions, this is a very fine example of high quality material with high quality storage. The taste is full, long lasting, and complex, already with pronounced earthy and mushroomy notes complemented by a lingering sweetness. Pu’er lovers won’t want to sleep on this, supplies are very limited.

Gaoshan Gushu Black
https://www.tridentcafe.com/black-tea/ancient-tree-black
Our Ancient Tree black is harvested from gushu (over 100 year old) tea trees from a single village in China’s famous Yiwu mountains. Gaoshan (“high mountain”) Village is especially famous for the mellow and flowery teas its fertile soil produces. Handpicked and naturally dried, this tea has both strength and complexity. This is an exceedingly fruity and mellow black tea that is both complex and easy to drink. This is the type of material that would usually go to making high-end sheng pu’er, but has been processed as a black tea in order to increase its sweetness and drinkability.
